Life is filled with ebbs and flows, ups and downs, and how we approach our lives and daily practices hugely impacts our ability to be present and live in a state of flow. What is the state of flow? It’s living in the most optimal experience possible. It’s where we feel whole, aware of ourselves, and living in a state of focused awareness—many question how we can find this state and, most importantly, stay within it.

This week I sat down with peak performance coach, Kerry Fisher, to talk about the micro-practices each of us can do daily to help not only find our flow but stay within it and find a state of meaning within our lives.
