When was the last time you gave yourself a mental and emotional boost? Every once in a while, we need to reset and bring ourselves back to center. Feeding yourself positive affirmations allows you to elevate your mood, find a sense of peace, and shift your perspective to help you keep your life together, girl! The Get Your Life Together, Girl mini bi-monthly reset is here to help you reset and remember who you are.

Find a comfortable position and take a full deep breath. Let these words remind you of your inner beauty and brilliant inner light.

By nature, you are soulfully beautiful. The combination of your qualities, emotional awareness, powerful thoughts, shape, color, form, the nuances that make you, you have created a beautiful soul. This lovely light shines no matter how those qualities have merged and mixed to create an outside and inner form. Your beauty is soul deep. It’s a shining, brilliant feeling that is your presence. And, that presence will never be dependent on aesthetics because beauty is in everything, and it lies within you, too.

Take a full deep breath and let it go.

You see, owning your beauty is a choice. It’s a feeling, a thought, an experience, an action. It’s a sense of belonging and peace. Beauty is your laughter that is wrapped in your wholeness, regardless of what has been, what is, or what will be. Your beauty is happiness gifted in moments, whether they are small or life changing. It’s self-acceptance and comfort. Beauty is potential, ease, and feeling alive. Knowing your worth and moving through the world in full ownership of yourself is beauty.

Take a full deep breath and let it go.

Beauty is you. We tend to define beauty only through the vehicle in which we arrived—our bodies, yet thinking in this manner rejects the radiant energy of who you are. From today forward, this is a shift in your standards.

Repeat after me if it serves you.

I am committed to seeing my beauty, in the true definition of it, of all that I am. I intend to honor myself beyond my physical form. I keep beauty in my conscious thoughts and feelings because at the basis of it is self-love, joy, happiness, and a sense of thriving that only comes with this state of inner and outer appreciation. In this beautiful state of appreciation, I find gratitude for this shift in thought. In this ability to foster all that I am.

 I AM

I am…Two of the most powerful words in any language. Words that direct our emotions and thoughts into movements that support us.

I am beautiful and own the truest definition of that beauty.

I am honoring my body through a state of beautiful appreciation.

I am unstoppable in this new awareness.

I am bettering myself through this new lens.

I am letting go of other people’s standards and owning only my own.

I am blessed to know that I have the power to live a beautiful life no matter what comes my way.

I am blessed and highly favored.

I am doing all things through self-love.

Anytime you need a moment to come back to center. Repeat these words and lean into your truth- the truth that you are extraordinarily beautiful.
