Epi 197: I am, I have: An Active, Guided Affirmation Meditation

Welcome to this guided meditation to increase abundance and prosperity.

When we think of prosperity, it often comes through the mindset of hope. We hope to have abundance; we hope to be successful. We hope to create prosperity in the five master areas of our life: emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially.

Your brain is a marvelous place that is capable of so much. It absorbs moments and memories, new information, and fuels creativity and desire; it’s a place of pattern and evidence.

And yet, it knows no difference between positive and negative. It takes what you feed it and uses it as instructed…

I am abundant.

I have abundance.

I am creating prosperity easily and effortlessly.

I have effortless prosperity.

I am existing to have an abundant life that leads me to happiness and fulfillment.

I have an abundant life that is filled with happiness and fulfillment.

I am living in limitless abundance.

I have limitless abundance.

I am prosperous, and I will continue to be prosperous.

Take a full deep breath, and let it go.

I have prosperity and will continue to have prosperity.

I am focused, and now that everything I touch bursts with prosperity.

I have focus on knowing that everything I touch bursts with prosperity.

I am constantly taking action that creates a wealth of mind, spirit, and body.

I have a constant wealth of mind, spirit, and body because of my actions.

I am never without.

I have everything I need.

I am deserving of abundance.

I have abundance.
