This is my shift. Today is the day I declare this moment, these next seven days, for myself. It's the time where I seriously focus and select one thing that fills me on every level and hone into it. Let this singular focus guide my mindset, emotions, all of the pieces of me. If I find myself getting off-course, shifting into the negatives, or wanting to throw in the towel bring myself back to center with this declaration. Today is my shift. This week, this time, it's mine. Everything is available to me through the right focus.
