Many believe that self-love is a one-off thing that we are “supposed to do.” Yet, the truth is that self-love is the result of healing, growth, and putting all the pieces of greatest selves into place. So, loving ourselves isn’t a “thing” we are supposed to do; it is “THE” thing that is the evidence of our growth.

This week we are taking a one-on-one deep dive into an essential life practice that must be in place for us to reach self-love.
