Epi 2: I Honor Who I Am

When was the last time you gave yourself a mental and emotional boost? Every once in a while, we need to reset and bring ourselves back to center. Feeding yourself positive affirmations allows you to elevate your mood, find a sense of peace, and shift your perspective to help you keep your life together, girl! The Get Your Life Together, Girl mini bi-monthly reset is just the break you may not have known you need!

Take a slow breath and repeat after me:

I no longer intend to seek someone or something to help me feel inferior.

Instead, I own and honor my personal power.

It is my intent to see myself in the fullest form of my beauty—in all aspects of me: my body, my emotions, my talents, and my purpose.

I intentionally liberate myself from negative and draining thoughts.

From now on, my focus is only on the highest, truest, and best—especially through the words I speak to myself and thoughts I think.

This is what breeds my grounded actions.

I no longer afford other people admiration at the cost of my own.

I am worthy regardless of the opinion of others.

From now on, I honor and respect all of me and love myself the way I have always been designed to do.

I place these intentions and affirmations in the forefront of my mind. Doing so allows me to honor myself through gratitude, love, and respect.

I am living a life that works for me as I reach for the most extraordinary version of myself.

I am:

I am enough.

I am intentional with my words.

I am embracing self-love.

I am honoring who I am—all of me.

I am at peace with the entirety of me.

I am grounded in openness.

I am on my own love list.

I am fulfilled and made of strength.

I am beautiful.

I am accepting of myself in this skin, this body, and this present place in my life.
