The word safety comes up so often, whether in private sessions or here on the podcast, and there's a reason for it because everything starts and ends with your ability to feel safe. When you don’t have it, you can spiral.
In today’s Mindset Reset, I am walking you through the understanding of what happens when you don’t feel safe. There’s a true downward mental action that occurs. When you see and witness it, you empower yourself to change it.
