Epi 253: Gentle Reminders to the Self - A Mindset Reset

Sometimes we all need gentle reminders. Reminders that tell us to feel differently than we are feeling at the moment. Reminders that breathe life into us and remind us there's nothing wrong with us. There may be wrong situations that are occurring in our lives, but we ourselves are not broken. These gentle reminders are the subject of today’s Mindset Reset.

I received an e-mail from a listener that asked to not be named. She wrote, “There are days that I'm doing well. Other days I'm not. In the days that I am not doing well, I try to take your advice, Danielle. But sometimes that inner voice of mine still wins. Are there ways to remind myself that things are okay when I’m feeling this way?”

There are. It comes in these gentle reminders you can use as your thought directors.
