Epi 352: Screw it, It’s Hopeless!
In a world where challenges seem to multiply daily, finding peace can feel like an uphill battle. Hopelessness is more than just a fleeting emotion; it's an overwhelming state that engulfs individuals in feelings of sadness, isolation, and despair. In this week’s deep dive, we examine how our brains often fabricate untrue narratives that intensify these feelings—stories we tell ourselves about being inadequate or unable to change our circumstances.
Breaking free from this cycle by nurturing hope—a zest for life characterized by anticipating positive outcomes and feeling safe within oneself takes the emotional turmoil out of the picture. Instead of saying, screw it, it’s hopeless, you have the power to lean into hope through a few practical mindset tools.
Epi 351: Find Yourself Again—Here’s How…
Feeling connected to yourself and the five master areas of your life is essential as it shows the value you place within yourself. With disconnected, there’s a tendency to lose sight of who you are, what you want, and most certainly what you need.
That’s why you and I are taking a one-on-one deep dive into what it means to feel disconnected, and we’re taking small steps to take the journey home to the self.
Let’s get right to it.

Epi 301: Your Dysfunctional Family May Have Screwed You
How was your childhood? Half the people listening said good, and the other half shuddered. The idea of the perfect parent or family is a myth—as humans, we are all flawed to some degree. Today, you and I are taking a one-on-one deep dive into dysfunction’s lasting and profound impacts. We’ll discuss how to begin the inner journey to release what is not serving you.

Today, you and I are taking a one-on-one deep dive into how easy it is to become the emotional energy around you and how the negatives impact you. I’m handing over a tool to help you know when an emotion is yours to carry and when it’s not. We’ll wrap it all up with how to shield yourself from catching feelings we would rather not touch.
Epi 289: Stop Abandoning Yourself: The Truth Behind Emotional Self-Abandonment
Three words: emotional self-abandonment—it hits you right in the gut. Doesn’t it? Emotional self-abandonment happens when you feel neglected, ignored, or dismissed by the significant people in your life, such as a parent, partner, or your closest friend. When the feeling grows large enough, it takes over and leads to feeling alone, inadequate, small, disconnected, lacking self-worth and trust, and many other negatives.
So, today, you and I are taking a one-on-one deep dive into why we self-abandon as we piggyback on feeling disconnected and staying with ourselves over the last two weeks. We are building a better feeling you.

In continuing our search for building self-love, I sat down with my friend, Laura Patricia Martin, the host of the Happy and Healing Podcast, as she and I moved through what it takes to have full ownership of ourselves, self-love, steady relationships, and then we leaned into the important of self-inquiry.

When this occurs, life can feel as if it is lacking in passion, purpose, play, and genuine connection.
This week we’re taking our intimate relationships to increase our overall satisfaction in and out of the bedroom with Relationships Expert and Love Coach Gaby Sundra.

Do you know how you like to have your needs, emotional connectivity, and love style met?
Many understand that there is an unwritten communication of receiving, giving, and feeling love, but often how we express and expect love in return is lost in translation. This week, we’re breaking down the importance of love languages, the different types, recognizing your partner’s language, and we’ll connect the dots to asking for more when we’re not on the same page with our partners. Ultimately, if we understand our love language, we can strengthen all forms of communication, which results in happier, healthy, and far more grounded and productive relationships.
